Shipping & Returns

We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Orders over $599.00 ship free — including freight delivery with ground-level unloading on large equipment; smaller orders are charged calculated shipping at checkout.

We can't deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii? Contact us before ordering for a custom quote.

Confirmed orders are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days. Once dispatched, transit typically takes 6–13 business days depending on your location; rural or restricted-access areas can take a little longer. Timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

Smaller items — trimmers, chainsaws, blowers, and accessories — ship by parcel carrier, typically FedEx or DHL. Large equipment such as ride-on mowers, zero-turn mowers, and mini excavators travels by freight truck: the carrier will call the phone number from your order to schedule delivery, and unloading is to the nearest safe, accessible ground-level location.

Before you sign for a freight delivery, inspect the machine. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us right away with your order number — this is what makes a damage claim quick and painless.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your BW# order number right after checkout, and a dispatch email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. You can also check status anytime on our Track Your Order page using your order number and email.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused, resalable condition with original packaging. Gas-powered equipment that has been fueled or run cannot be returned for safety and shipping compliance reasons unless defective.

All new equipment sold by BW Machinery includes a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product and are listed on each product page.
